Bok Choy, is the most popular type of Chinese cabbage, and for good reason! Its leaves and stalks' texture is crisp and juicy with a mild, slightly peppery flavor. Best served sauteed in a stir-fry, simmered in a soup or grilled on its own.

  • Once the first leaves appear, pick out the largest plant, remove the others by hand, or cut them at the base with small scissors. (thinning) See grow guide.

  • Cut off the individual leaves from the main stem starting from the bottom.
