Han Jiang, also known as Napa, is a Chinese cabbage with thick white ribs and crinkly yellow or pale green leaves. With both a delicate flavor and texture, Han Jiang can be used raw in salads, stir-fries or made into kimchi!

PLANT CARE

  • Once the first leaves appear, pick out the largest plant, remove the others by hand, or cut them at the base with small scissors.
  • The Han Jiang Cabbage will grow to full size after approximately 35 days. Harvest full size or just leaves after 35 days.
  • Cut off the individual leaves from the main stem starting from the bottom. (side harvest to control expansion)
