  • You can start harvesting the Mustard leaf when the leaves reach full maturity. The leaves will grow back 3 to 4 times.
  • Make sure to harvest the leaves before it starts developing flowers, or it will grow bitter.
  • Once the first leaves appear, pick out the largest plant, remove the others by hand, or cut them at the base with small scissors. (thinning) See the grow guide for more information.
