FRESH MARJORAM SOUP

RECIPES
TIME TO MAKE:

20 MINS

Marjoram, an aromatic herb in the mint family, has been grown for thousands of years. Its flavour profile is incredibly unique with fresh, fresh, woody, citrusy, and floral notes. Marjoram is an important component of famous spice blends such as French herbes de provence and Middle Eastern za’atar but can be a delightful ingredient to soups on its own. Due to the delicate nature of fresh marjoram, it’s added at the end of a dish to preserve its flavour.

Our light orzo soup puts this famous herb in the spotlight and is the perfect base recipe for your own culinary creations.
