Warranty
Vegehome offers the following warranty coverage:

 

Machines: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Replacement parts and/or machines are provided free of charge (shipping costs excluded). Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

 

  • This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover:
    • Improper use, installation, or maintenance of the product.
    • Material, economic, or physical damages or losses caused by the product.
    • Installation services.

For warranty claims made within 30 days of receiving your purchase of your machine, Vegehome will cover the cost of shipping and provide a return shipping label. After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims.

 

Pods: 6 months limited warranty covering germination results. Replacement pods are provided free of charge (shipping costs excluded) or be refunded. To make a warranty claim, send an email to service@thevegehome.com and:

    • Provide a photo of the pod variety that failed to germinate.
    • Include the planting date.
      Upon review, we will either reimburse you or replace the affected pods.

 

 

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vegehome purchase. Here’s what you need to know about returns:

 

Eligibility:

    • Returns are available for Vegehome gardens (machines) within 30 days of purchase.
    • Pods and nutrients are non-returnable due to safety and health considerations.

 

Conditions for Returns:

    • The product must be disassembled, returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Return Your Product:

      • Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting us at service@thevegehome.com.
      • Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label for returns within 30 days of receipt.
      • For returns after 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
